On the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Srpska, the Prime Minister Radovan Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 has laid a wreath today in Br\u010dko at the Monument to the Serb Defenders of Br\u010dko, together with the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH Milorad Dodik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the celebration of the Day of the Republic of Srpska, the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 also attended the ceremonial academy, which was held in the Br\u010dko House of Culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Minister Radovan Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 said at the Ceremonial Academy that the Serb people had always been a libertarian people, who over the centuries liberated others, brought freedom to others and everything that was created for Serbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 congratulated everyone on the 30th birthday of the Republic of Srpska, which was celebrated today in Br\u010dko, as the joint property of the two entities in BiH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe have incorporated a part of the territory that belonged to the Republic of Srpska after Dayton into the existence of the Br\u010dko District, so we have the right, desire and will to say that Br\u010dko is an integral part of both BiH and Srpska,\u201d said the Prime Minister of Srpska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 pointed out that it was not necessary to remind how many human lives had been given here in order to create the \u201cCorridor of Life\u201d, because if it were not for that corridor, the Republic of Srpska would not probably exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThose who are democrats, who reprimand law and justice to the whole world, have given themselves the right not to allow oxygen to come to Banja Luka from Belgrade and to save newborn children. Is there a bigger crime than that? And then they have the right to dare to say that we Serbs are a bad people. I will not use much harder word they send towards the Serb people because of us, not because of them,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He pointed out that the Serb people has never been like that, but a libertarian people, who over the centuries liberated others, brought freedom to others and everything that was created for Serbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd then we come to the position that we the Serbs, the Republic of Srpska, are labeled as bad guys, that we are the problem of BiH, a disruptive factor and that we produce some problems. And the only thing we want is to be respected, and the Constitution to be respected as well. \u201cHow can someone who respects the Constitution be accused of being a disruptive factor?\u201d the Prime Minister of Srpska asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, in this country, it is as there are two constitutions \u2013 and that Serbs read one, someone else reads the other, without seeing that the constitution says that there are two entities and three constituent peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd today we want to set again something that has not been sustainable, in this area, and that is one man, one vote, or a civic country where those who are majority could manage all processes and that Serbs are good guys solely if they accept that,\u201d stated the Prime Minister in his address at the ceremonial academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 said that there was enough time in politics and that he learned that if only Serbs renounce their competencies, if they transfer some of what belonged to Srpska according to Dayton to joint institutions, \u201cthen they are good guys\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIf we say we do not want that, because time has shown that these joint institutions have not brought good to anyone in BiH, to any nation, then we are bad guys,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prime Minister added that there are hundreds of millions of marks seized in the Indirect Taxation Authority, in connection with the distribution of excise duties on fuel for road infrastructure, which is poor and requires maintenance funds in the Federation of BiH, Srpska and the District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He stated that \u201cElektroprenos BiH\u201d is another joint institution with hundreds of millions of blocked investments, which refer to investments in equipment, new facilities, and new transmission lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe might all be left without electricity, without power, and we are talking about some prosperity, progress and unity in the 21st century,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He pointed out that it was for these reasons that all those competencies had been analyzed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhy is the BiH Army the taboo topic and cannot be talked about? We know it is a great expense for the whole of BiH. Why BiH cannot be demilitarized, why that number of members cannot be reduced, why would not they be trained and technically advanced to be able to react to natural disasters in BiH? Let them participate in international missions, that is not a problem either, we are looking for such an army in BiH from which we can all benefit,\u201d added the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He asked why the problem is if the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska sends a clear message and instructs the President of the Republic of Srpska to form a negotiating team of Srpska that will discuss the future of BiH with the other entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur Assembly did that in May last year. The Croats said that they were ready to talk, on the other side, the representatives of the Bosniak people did not accept such an idea, but sent some other messages, even those inciting to war,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He pointed out that the Republic of Srpska and its institutions never wanted and would not make any move to endanger the security of citizens, property, families and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBut we must protect the Republic regardless the price. That is the vow left to us by those who gave the most sacred thing for Srpska, and that was their life,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He reminded that about 30,000 people gave their lives for Srpska, and 437 people who gave their lives for freedom only in the area of Br\u010dko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe have an obligation towards them and their families to protect and preserve Srpska, and we will do that, not wanting to do anything bad to any other nation at any time. Everything we do for our people, we want the same for the other two nations. We have no problem with Bosniaks doing this for their people, Croats for their own, and they will have our support there,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He stated that it was inconceivable that infrastructure projects could not be realized because of that hatred, politics, \u201cbecause of the unreasonable evil that went into those people\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vi\u0161kovi\u0107 stated that Srpska was ready to build a highway on the stretch from Vukosavlje to Ra\u010da, including Br\u010dko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBefore the New Year\u2019s holidays, thanks to Dodik, who had previously agreed that in the Russian Federation, I signed a map with Miller on the construction of the gas pipeline from Ra\u010da through Bijeljina, Br\u010dko, Banja Luka, Prijedor and Novi Grad. We should start this investment at the beginning of the construction season,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, the wish was for the gas pipeline to run in the route of the highway, for expropriations not to be done twice, not to have any double costs and for easier access and recovery in case of failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd then when they cannot dispute it, they tell us - you should build a gas pipeline where you think it should be, but the highway should still be on another side. \u201cThe desire of Srpska is cooperation and assistance, but we must be respected, we must be partners, we cannot allow ourselves to be outvoted,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He stated that the outvoting cost the civil war in BiH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe do not want that and our message from Br\u010dko is to appeal to be partners if you want the survival of BiH.\u201d There is no BiH without Serbs and the Republic of Srpska, and you must know that. No matter how much it bothers someone,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He pointed out that Srpska is ready to negotiate the future and survival in this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"If you don\u2019t want that, then the responsibility must fall on you, and not on Serbs and Srpska all the time by changing the thesis.\u201d It is five past twelve, and not five to twelve to sit down and agree on the future, if there is one, and that is already questionable at this moment. \u201cWe want to give a chance to talks, agreements, but with one condition, and that is that no one from the outside participates,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that no one from the outside should arrange how people will live here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are capable enough, we have enough responsibilities, enough experience in living together to sit together as representatives of three peoples and agree on the future, if you want it, and if you don't want it, take responsibility for BiH's disappearance,\u201d said the Prime Minister Vi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
