The President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, and the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, have met today with the newly appointed Consul General of the Republic of Serbia, Miloš Vujić.

During the inaugural visit in the Palace of the Republic, the interlocutors exchanged views on the current political and economic situation in the Republic of Srpska and BiH, as well as other important topics in BiH and the region.

It was jointly stated that relations and institutional ties between the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Serbia were at an exceptionally high level and founded on great political understanding and economic support.

The President of the Republic and the Serb Member of the Presidency of BiH expressed their gratitude to the leadership and institutions of the Republic of Serbia for the generous assistance they provide to the Republic of Srpska through numerous projects in almost all local communities.

The interlocutors expressed their belief that the institutional, friendly and fraternal ties between Srpska and Serbia would be even more comprehensive and substantial in the future, to the well-being and satisfaction of its citizens.

On this occasion, the President of the Republic and the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH welcomed the Consul Vujić and wished him success in his further work.
