The President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, has met today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of the Republic of Greece to BiH, H.E. Mr. Dimitrios Papandreou.

The President Dodik informed the Ambassador Papandreou of the fact that the Republic of Srpska had already started the process of forming the government after the last general elections, which would show its full democratic capacity, as well as ensured political and institutional stability.

On this occasion, the previous cooperation between the institutions of the Republic of Srpska and Greece was assessed as successful, and the importance of the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Thessaloniki, which actively worked to promote the potential of the Republic of Srpska, as well as to strengthen the traditionally good and friendly relations between the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Greece, were highlighted.

During the meeting, the interlocutors also exchanged opinions on other current political and economic issues in the Republic of Srpska, BiH and the region.
