Under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović, a donor evening “To Brave Hearts With Love” was held tonight.
The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović said that the donor evening of the humanitarian campaign “To Brave Hearts With Love” shows that the whole of Srpska is ready to take strong steps, overcome obstacles and do good things.
The President Cvijanović pointed out that she wants this year’s humanitarian campaign to achieve its goal, and that all future campaigns should be focused on good things.
The President of the Republic said that she was proud since for the 12th time this donor campaign gathered all members of the Republic of Srpska society with the same goal of helping one of the associations.
“We are all together and we have been cooperating with our associations for weeks. Young talents across the Republic of Srpska are waiting for their chance to participate. I thank our good children, our talents throughout the Republic of Srpska, who recognised the need to be a part of this great story. I am proud that we have such young people and children who understand what solidarity means”, the President of the Republic of Srpska added.
The President of the Republic emphasized that children are always in the focus of interest of the institutions of the Republic of Srpska, as well as that special care is attached to those who need specific help.
“Now we are saying that we will provide transportation for the users of the Union MiNeRaLi. When I talked to people and saw what it means to them to have many users who do not have the opportunity to come to any event just because there are no means of transportation, then we said that we should work together with our citizens”, said the President Cvijanović.
The President of the Republic pointed out that she was sure that the goal of this humanitarian campaign would be achieved by the end of the year.
“We feel good when we do good things. When you talk to these people and when they explain what that means in their everyday life, then you feel even more useful because you managed to do a great thing in this way through a small work and mobilisation of society”, the President Cvijanović added.
The President of the Republic said that she was proud of the Republic of Srpska because all citizens were ready to respond to such actions, adding that this was especially the case when it came to children.
“We are all very sensitive when it comes to that and we all want to be part of a story that helps all of them overcome the problems they face”, the President of Srpska pointed out.
The President of the Republic said that the goal of all previous campaigns was to improve the situation of those for whom the campaign has been intended from 2010 until today.
The President of the Republic of Srpska emphasized that there must be well-organised associations bringing together beneficiaries, and added that their way of communicating with institutions was also valuable.
“I think that many of our associations are very well organized, but they would not be able to complete these tasks alone. When we are all together, it will be easier to motivate our donors. People in the economic sphere say that they want to help, but sometimes they are not aware of all these needs until we point them out through one of these campaigns. We really need each other”, said the President Cvijanović.
The President of the Republic pointed out that this campaign mobilizes the entire public of the Republic of Srpska.
“This is one of the things that does not divide us, we are all together and we want to contribute”, the President of Srpska added.
All funds raised in the humanitarian campaign “To Brave Hearts With Love” would be used for the purchase of vehicles for children with intellectual disabilities.
By calling the M:tel humanitarian number 1411, which will be active until December 31, citizens can support the campaign with 1 KM.
