The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović has opened the exhibition “Through Hardships to the Stars” today in Banja Luka on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Wheelchair Basketball Club /KKI/ “Vrbas”.
The President of the Republic of Srpska pointed out that the exhibition in the Museum of Sports showed how much fame and success KKI “Vrbas” achieved.
“These are our champions, people who, despite their great health problems and daily difficulties, have managed to be and stay as champions who spread the glory of the Republic of Srpska in all competitions”, said the President of the Republic.
The President Cvijanović said that institutions of Srpska would help in the procurement of necessary wheelchairs for the needs of this club.
The President of Srpska said that it was necessary to change the VAT Law, which would exclude wheelchairs used by people with disabilities.
