The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković has said today in Prnjavor that the Government woud always be a partner and at the service of local communities, but that the results of that joint work depended to a large extent on local authorities and whether they would make the use the assistance in the best possible way. As a positive example of that partnership, Prime Minister Višković cited the construction of an industrial zone in Prnjavor, where the remaining 120 hectares of land should be sold or given to entrepreneurs who want to build the production facilities by the end of the year. “It is not a problem to allocate land owned by Srpska to any municipality in the Republic of Srpska if it will be used in the right way, as we did in Prnjavor, where 120 hectares of land, which was almost not in use and was pretty swampy, was used in the best possible way as an industrial zone and where a significant number of economic entities operated”, said the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković. He added that the number of employees in this local community was growing, as well as in the entire Srpska, where that number was the highest since the founding of the Republic, and stated that it was the result of the Government measures with social and business partners, which would be in the future as well. The Prime Minister of Srpska said that the Government would give 100,000 KM to the Prnjavor company “Ribnjak”, which was in bankruptcy, so that, while waiting for a strategic partner, basic activities could be performed, as fish stocking, cleaning canals, etc. He also stated that a bad period of the Lipizzan stud farm “Vučijak” was over. “We want to continue investing, renovating and turning the stud farm into a business entity that will be the pride of the Republic of Srpska”, said the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska. He concluded that significant progress of Prnjavor is evident, which is the contribution of the current government at the republic and local level. The meeting in the municipality of Prnjavor was also attended by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Srpska, Boris Pašalić, and it was planned that the Prime Minister of Srpska would also visit the company “Mladegs pak” and the farm “Jokić” in this local community.
